The fairy wings were constructed by ripping apart one of the standard stocking wings found in most hot dollar shops. The frame of wire was maintained and then had strips of muslin tied tightly around it.
As mentioned, I created whimsical flower crowns out of dried flowers whilst almost losing all feeling in my hand. Oh but they looked amazing!!
