You may have noticed from my other posts that I’m all about doing things that take the least amount of time…. but still look, feel or taste good. Smoothies are great for all family members, at any time of the day, in my house they are my go to breakfast as we are usually rushing to get out the door on time. I pretty much use our NutriBullet every day, it’s just so quick and easy for so many things.
I keep a selection of frozen Blueberries, Strawberries, Cherries and Raspberries in the freezer all year round and I also keep fresh fruits that are in season plus a constant supply of Bananas. My basic Banana or Berry Smoothie is a great one for the morning rush. You can leave out certain ingredients depending on; which family member you’re making it for, fussy kids or food intolerance’s.
